  • “Agreement”: The contract formed between you and us upon registration and/or purchase
  • “Intellectual Property”: All rights related to copyrights, trademarks, patents, designs, etc.
  • “Posted Content”: Any content submitted, uploaded, or posted by users (e.g., text, images, video)

3. Registration

To access certain services, users must register by submitting accurate information and agreeing to these Terms. We reserve the right to approve or reject any registration request at our sole discretion. Registration becomes effective once we confirm approval.
We may reject registration for the following reasons (non-exhaustive):

  • False or incomplete information submitted
  • Attempting to use the platform for solicitation, dating, or unlawful activities
  • Previous account violations or links to antisocial forces
  • Failure to meet other eligibility criteria we determine

4. Accuracy of Registration Information

  • Any action deemed inappropriate by UpTransition

Violation of these rules may result in suspension, termination, or deletion of data without notice.

8. Suspension of Service

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the services without prior notice in the following cases:

  • Server or network failure
  • Natural disasters or other force majeure
  • Legal or operational necessity
  • User violations of these Terms

We bear no responsibility for damages resulting from such suspensions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and intellectual property related to our services belong to us or our licensors. Use of our services does not grant any license to such rights. Users must hold the rights to any content they post and are responsible for resolving any disputes with third parties.
Users grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, and use posted content for the operation and promotion of our services. Users agree not to assert moral rights against us or other users.

10. Advertisements

We reserve the right to display advertisements on our website and services.

11. Suspension or Termination of Accounts

We may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate a user’s account or delete posted content if:

  • The user violates any of these Terms
  • False information was submitted
  • There is no login activity for more than six months
  • The user fails to respond to our communication for more than 30 days
  • The user is linked to criminal or antisocial organizations
  • We determine the user poses a risk to our operations

In such cases, the user forfeits any payment privileges and must settle outstanding obligations immediately. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such actions.

12. Withdrawal

Users may cancel their registration at any time via the designated method. All outstanding fees must be settled upon withdrawal. Post-withdrawal data handling will be subject to our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Services

We may modify or terminate services at our discretion and will notify users in advance if feasible. We are not liable for any damages arising from such changes.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or availability
  • Freedom from defects, errors, or disruptions

We are not liable for any damages arising from:

  • Service interruption, suspension, or modification
  • Data loss, unauthorized access, or system failures
  • User disputes or transactions with third parties

If we are liable, compensation shall not exceed the amount the user has paid in the last six months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
